Own the AI Platform infrastructure powering Figma Make and agent products, including distributed developer systems, agent infrastructure for frontier models, evaluation platforms, and context personalization. Drive the quality and adoption of the MCP server that bridges design and code while building continuous quality measurement systems for enterprise-scale design-to-code workflows.

• ·5+ years product management experience owning products concept to launch
• ·Ability to read and reason about code and hold technical design discussions on AI systems
• ·Shipped measurable quality improvements with concrete metrics demonstrating impact
• ·Led cross-functional team delivery of major initiative end-to-end with executive visibility
• ·Experience working directly with enterprise customers on workflow optimization
