Principal Product Manager - Maintenance

Samsara provides IoT fleet management and operations technology for tracking vehicles, equipment, and workers in the field.

Principal PM will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new Connected Asset Maintenance product line, building an intelligent maintenance and asset management platform for fleet and equipment operations. You'll translate deep customer domain expertise into product conviction, drive the full product lifecycle, and lead cross-functional teams to launch an enterprise-grade solution.

• ·Experience building 0-to-1 products or working in startup environments
• ·Track record with enterprise customers in physical operations, maintenance, or fleet management
• ·Demonstrated ability to spend significant time in field learning customer workflows
• ·Daily use of AI tools for PM work: specs, research, prototyping, data analysis
• ·Strong opinions on UX and workflow design with ability to make tradeoff decisions
