The role
Own Omada's end-to-end billing platform (claims, invoicing, revenue cycle tooling) to enable accurate revenue operations and support new product launches, pricing models, and customer segments. Partner with finance, engineering, and commercial teams to reduce billing errors, accelerate collections, and scale operations using AI/ML.
Requirements
- ·3+ years product management experience
- ·7+ years in product strategy, general management, or business operations
- ·Prior B2B healthcare experience (billing, eligibility, coverage)
- ·Strong technical understanding and ability to write product requirements
- ·Experience applying AI/ML to improve operations (highly desirable)
