Betterment is a financial services company offering automated investing, cash management, and retirement planning for consumers.

Own the product roadmap for identity verification, authentication, and risk controls across Betterment's retail investing and cash products. Balance fraud prevention with customer experience by designing KYC/KYB, 2FA, and risk-scoring interventions across signup, login, funding, and withdrawal journeys.

• ·Product management experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated/risk-heavy domains
• ·Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making using metrics and experiments
• ·Ability to balance fraud reduction with customer experience and communicate tradeoffs
• ·Proven cross-functional leadership shipping complex features with engineering, compliance, legal, security
• ·Familiarity with KYC/AML, identity verification, authentication, ACH/card risk, or device intelligence
