Lead Product Manager, Personalized Guidance

Peloton makes connected fitness equipment and a subscription platform delivering live and on-demand workout classes.

Lead the strategy and execution of Peloton's Personalized Guidance suite, combining AI/ML with content and fitness expertise to deliver tailored fitness journeys across connected devices and apps. Drive product roadmap, partner with Design/Engineering/Content/Marketing, and define success metrics to improve member engagement and fitness outcomes.

• ·6+ years Product Management experience with 2+ years on AI/ML products
• ·Direct experience shipping consumer AI products and conversational interfaces
• ·Cross-functional partnership defining quantitative evaluations for AI products
• ·Strong UX sensibility with experience triaging and responding to user feedback
• ·Bonus: consumer subscription models, integrated hardware, health/fitness domain, ML recommendation systems
