The role
Own product strategy across WHOOP's growth funnel (acquisition, conversion, activation, retention) to drive company-level member growth targets. Lead end-to-end discovery, experimentation, and delivery across web and app, partnering with engineering, design, analytics, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- ·5–8+ years PM experience with multiple shipped products and measurable business impact
- ·Develop coherent product strategy from ambiguous problems into executable roadmaps
- ·Strong SQL and product analytics (Amplitude, Sigma equivalent) proficiency
- ·DTC subscription and digital consumer growth funnel expertise with experimentation at scale
- ·Track record mentoring junior PMs and raising product craft standards
