Squarespace is a website building and e-commerce platform empowering millions of entrepreneurs to build their online presence.

Own the strategy and execution of Squarespace's Help Center and customer support surfaces, leading a multi-brand redesign initiative to drive trial conversion, support deflection, and retention while managing both user-facing and agent-facing tooling.

• ·Demonstrated expertise in modern product discovery and leading empowered teams
• ·Experience managing roadmap complexity in high-volume environments with clear prioritization
