Lead Product Manager - Growth

Typeform is a conversational form and survey builder that increases response rates through engaging, interactive experiences.

Lead the product-led growth strategy for Typeform's onboarding, retention, and engagement across the full user journey. Own a measurable roadmap focused on activation and adoption while leading 1-2 PMs and aligning Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams around growth outcomes.

• ·Strong PLG experience across full product lifecycle from discovery through optimization
• ·Proven track record improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention
• ·Hands-on experience running A/B tests and analyzing experiment outcomes
• ·High data fluency using metrics and insights to inform decision-making
• ·Experience leading and developing Product Managers with coaching mindset
