Senior Product Manager, Plan to Code

GitLab is a DevSecOps platform providing source control, CI/CD, security scanning, and project management in a single app.

Own the product strategy for connecting planning and source code management in GitLab's AI-native DevSecOps platform, focusing on spec-driven development workflows and human-in-the-loop AI agents that accelerate teams from requirements to commits.

• ·PM experience with developer tools, DevOps, SCM, planning tools, or AI-native products
• ·Strong understanding of software lifecycle from ideas through planning, coding, review, testing, delivery
• ·Technical depth to understand developer workflows, tradeoffs, and engineering constraints
• ·Data-forward approach using product data to identify impact and guide prioritization
• ·Experience using or building AI tools, agents, or AI-assisted workflows beyond basic prompting
