Own the end-to-end save experience for Pinterest users, from first-session saving to ongoing board curation and organization. Build AI-powered features that reduce friction in saving flows, improve save quality, and drive downstream engagement across core surfaces.

• ·Experience building and scaling consumer products with activation, engagement or retention funnel expertise
• ·Strong product sense shipping high-impact user-facing features on core surfaces like saving or collecting
• ·Experience defining product strategies, setting goals and metrics, running experiment-driven roadmaps
• ·Data-driven mindset partnering with data science, A/B testing and interpreting results
• ·Demonstrated ability using AI to improve workflow speed and quality with verification capability
