Own the end-to-end developer experience and productivity platform for Anthropic's internal engineering organization, spanning build systems, CI/CD, developer environments, and AI-native acceleration tooling. Define strategy and roadmap for how thousands of engineers and AI agents collaborate on code, establishing metrics and governance frameworks that keep a rapidly scaling organization shipping with confidence.

• ·7+ years product management with deep developer tooling, build systems, or CI/CD experience
• ·Track record taking technical platform products from infancy to scale serving demanding customers
• ·Experience balancing velocity, reliability, and security trade-offs across multiple engineering personas
