Okta is an identity and access management platform providing SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management for workforce and customers.

Own the full lifecycle of AI-native enterprise products at Okta, from discovering and validating new AI use cases (0→1 innovation) to scaling proven capabilities across the company. You'll build AI-powered experiences like agents, copilots, and workflow automation that reshape how customers and employees work, partnering across IT, HR, Finance, and GTM teams.

• ·10+ years product management with 2+ years shipping AI/ML products in production
• ·Track record taking products from idea → MVP → broad adoption
• ·Strong understanding of AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, RAG) and real-world applications
• ·Experience building AI evaluation frameworks and measuring quality metrics
• ·Cross-functional leadership and storytelling skills
