Glean is an AI-powered workplace search platform that connects and surfaces knowledge across all enterprise apps.

Own end-to-end PLG and growth product strategy for Glean, designing activation loops, onboarding flows, and cross-surface engagement experiences that drive user adoption and org-wide expansion. Work with engineering, design, and data to build platform capabilities (notifications, invitations, in-product education) and run experiments that measure and optimize retention and expansion metrics.

• ·5+ years product experience with deep PLG and growth mechanics expertise
• ·Demonstrated ability to design specific UIs, onboarding flows, and run experiments
• ·Passion for AI and understanding of Work AI platform value proposition
• ·Experience building platform-level growth capabilities like referrals and lifecycle messaging
• ·Rigorous experimentation and measurement mindset with funnel optimization track record
