Group Product Management Manager, Agent Enablement

Lead product strategy and vision for Agent Experience — the internal tooling, workflows, and AI capabilities that empower Affirm's support agents to serve millions of customers efficiently. Manage a team of 2-3 PMs while personally owning high-impact 0-to-1 initiatives at the intersection of AI automation, operational efficiency, and agent productivity.
