Senior Product Manager - Database AI Optimization

Datadog is a cloud monitoring and observability platform providing metrics, logs, traces, and security for modern infrastructure.

Lead product strategy and execution for Datadog's database monitoring and AI-powered optimization capabilities, partnering with engineering to build next-generation observability features that help SREs, DBAs, and developers operationalize databases more effectively. Own the vision for turning database complexity into competitive advantage through intelligent monitoring, optimization, and root cause analysis powered by AI.

• ·5+ years product management in cloud or developer tools, preferably with database experience
• ·Hands-on experience building AI products with evaluations including LLM-as-judge and golden datasets
• ·Deep knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)
• ·Comfortable using AI tools for research and product building
• ·Excellent communication skills with ability to present and defend ideas to technical stakeholders
