Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Data Governance

Asana is a work management platform that helps teams plan, organize, and track projects and goals across organizations.

Own the product strategy for Enterprise Data Governance, building platform capabilities for customer data lifecycle management (retention, migration, auditing, export, deletion) that enable large organizations to securely adopt AI while meeting regulatory requirements. Partner across Engineering, Security, Legal, and Design to deliver governance controls and policy frameworks that reduce operational burden and strengthen enterprise trust.

• ·6+ years Product Management experience with deep expertise in identity, security, compliance, or B2B enterprise platforms
• ·Comfortable modeling complex data relationships, managing integration complexity, translating technical protocols into UX
• ·Experience owning strategy across multiple teams, evaluating competing investments, anticipating market or security shifts
• ·Proven ability building alignment across teams, navigating disagreement, leading executive discussions
• ·Skilled at orchestrating multi-team delivery, sequencing platform initiatives, prioritizing high-craft MVPs
