Build and own an AI-powered freight operating system that automates operational workflows across Flexport's shipment lifecycle, partnering with operations and engineering to replace manual effort with intelligent automation while directly improving cost structure, throughput, and service quality.

• ·6+ years product management or domain-relevant experience
• ·Track record building products delivering quantifiable business impact like cost reduction or automation
• ·Demonstrated operational process engineering and consulting ability with complex workflows
• ·Experience building automation, workflow, or AI products that reduced manual human effort
• ·Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with B2B workflow or supply chain software
