Staff Product Manager, Hardware

Oura makes a smart ring and health platform tracking sleep, readiness, and activity for personal health optimization.

Staff PM will own Oura's hardware product strategy and execution, driving next-generation wearable devices from concept through commercial launch while collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to maximize customer satisfaction and business impact.

• ·10+ years product management with proven track record of high-impact product launches
• ·Deep hardware development expertise: design phases, manufacturing, materials, compliance, quality
• ·Connected electronics experience: connectivity, compute, battery, firmware, software integration
• ·Successfully launched new/existing hardware products from concept to commercial scale
• ·Ability to combine consumer, technology, and business insights into compelling narratives
