Senior Product Manager, Test Experience

Vanta automates security compliance for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other frameworks through continuous monitoring.

Own the Test Experience roadmap for Vanta's compliance platform, where you'll help customers surface compliance gaps, resolve issues through automation and AI agents, and generate audit-ready evidence. You'll lead a cross-functional team of designers and engineers while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive product impact.

• ·4+ years of product management experience with proven track record
• ·Large, deep product surface experience in security, data management, or workflow tools
• ·Proven AI skills, especially around prompting and agents
• ·Customer-focused mindset with proactive engagement and go-to-market partnership
• ·Analytical skills to justify product approaches across user groups
