CoreWeave is a specialized cloud provider offering high-performance GPU compute infrastructure for AI and ML workloads.

Own the PeopleTech product vision and roadmap across HRIS, ATS, sourcing, L&D, compensation, and performance platforms. Drive end-to-end lifecycle automation and integrations for CoreWeave's enterprise HR systems, partnering with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to unlock workforce insights and operational efficiency.

• ·5–10 years product management in enterprise applications or PeopleTech/HR Technology
• ·Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS domains, HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting
• ·Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, enterprise integration platforms like Workato
• ·Strong technical acumen with APIs, REST, event-driven patterns, data mapping, observability
• ·Experience collaborating on privacy, data governance, compliance (SOX) requirements and controls
