Senior Product Manager, People Technologies

CoreWeave is a specialized cloud provider offering high-performance GPU compute infrastructure for AI and ML workloads.

Own the product vision and roadmap for CoreWeave's people technology stack (HRIS, ATS, L&D, compensation, performance) spanning integrations, automations, and workflows across HR, Finance, Security, and IT. Drive end-to-end lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and manager self-service to unlock measurable efficiency and adoption outcomes.

• ·5–10 years product management in enterprise applications or PeopleTech/HR Technology with complex cross-functional ownership
• ·Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS domains, HCM, compensation, benefits/payroll, recruiting, and manager self-service processes
• ·Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and enterprise integration platforms like Workato or Boomi
• ·Strong technical acumen with APIs, REST, event-driven patterns, data mapping/validation, and integration reliability/observability
• ·Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, Security on privacy, data governance, and compliance (SOX) requirements
