Lead AI-powered content moderation and safety automation across Roblox's platform, building detection systems for text, audio, video, images, and 3D assets to protect millions of daily users. Partner with engineering, data science, and operations to scale real-time content review features while staying ahead of adversarial tactics in a user-generated content environment.

• ·5+ years product development experience
• ·Experience building and deploying AI solutions at scale in real time
• ·Trust & Safety background or experience in adversarial dynamics environments
• ·Understanding of social platforms; game engine familiarity preferred
