Navan is an all-in-one travel and expense management platform used by companies to book travel and control spend.

Lead the hotels product experience for Navan Edge, designing AI-driven agentic workflows that guide business travelers from search to booking while optimizing conversion across the hotel funnel. Partner with AI, data, and engineering teams to build personalized, intelligent hotel experiences integrated into the broader business travel journey.

• ·5+ years PM experience in consumer, marketplace, travel, ecommerce, AI, or SaaS products
• ·Hotels, lodging, travel marketplace, OTA, or business travel product experience strongly preferred
• ·Understanding of agentic AI for guided decision-making, autonomous workflows, and personalized task completion
• ·Deep funnel conversion optimization, user drop-off analysis, and A/B testing expertise
• ·Commercial acumen for hotel product impact on conversion, margin, supplier performance, and loyalty
