Lead Datadog's internal Core Platforms organization (15+ PMs) that powers engineering velocity, reliability, and cost efficiency through data infrastructure, developer platforms, and cloud-native services. Drive platform adoption, developer productivity, infrastructure cost efficiency, and organizational scaling while partnering with senior engineering leadership.

• ·Proven track record leading large-scale internal platforms for engineering organizations
• ·Strong technical background in cloud-native architectures, data infrastructure, compute/storage/networking
• ·Data-driven operator skilled at defining and tracking platform adoption and efficiency metrics
• ·Clear communicator able to influence senior stakeholders in complex, ambiguous environments
