Own Roblox.com's multi-year product strategy to maximize user acquisition, conversion, and platform modernization while serving as a seamless companion surface to the native 3D gaming ecosystem. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, discovery, and growth teams to optimize top-of-funnel journeys, eliminate friction, and leverage modern web capabilities.

• ·8+ years PM experience shipping consumer web platforms, growth funnels, or digital ecosystems
• ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical field
• ·Deep familiarity with modern web technologies and platform infrastructure evolution
• ·Proven experience executing A/B testing at scale and improving user conversion metrics
• ·Regular gamer with intuitive understanding of player discovery and community engagement
