Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for Uber's remote assistance platform, which enables human operators to support autonomous vehicle operations across multiple partners and markets. Define operator tooling, escalation workflows, safety protocols, and scale the system to support diverse vehicle platforms and regional requirements.

• ·Experience owning complex technical products in autonomy, robotics, or real-time operational systems
• ·Proven ability to translate technical and operational problems into product requirements and execution plans
• ·Experience with human-in-the-loop, remote operations, or control center workflows requiring real-time decision-making
• ·Track record defining success metrics, prioritizing roadmaps, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders
• ·Experience building products spanning multiple partners, platforms, or operational environments
