Principal Product Manager, Real-Time Payments Platform

SoFi is a digital personal finance company offering student loans, mortgages, investing, insurance, and banking products.

Own the vision and roadmap for SoFi's real-time payments platform (FedNow, Fedwire, RTP, instant debit), serving all business lines. Scale real-time capabilities across consumer and commercial products while ensuring compliance, reliability, and cost efficiency through vendor partnerships and operational excellence.

• ·8+ years product management with significant payments or financial infrastructure experience
• ·Deep knowledge of payment rails: FedNow, Fedwire, RTP, ACH, card-based instant payments
• ·Platform PM experience building infrastructure serving multiple internal/external customers via APIs
• ·Payment orchestration expertise: routing logic, fallback strategies, transaction lifecycle management
• ·Vendor/partner management and compliance/risk understanding (AML/KYC/OFAC, Reg E)
