Staff Product Manager

Zocdoc is a healthcare marketplace where patients find and book in-person and virtual appointments with verified doctors.

Build and own the consumer marketplace experience for patient insurance coverage access and in-network provider discovery. Drive product strategy and execution across find, book, and insurance guarantee features while collaborating with Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to scale patient acquisition and trust.

• ·6+ years product management experience, preferably B2C marketplace or insurance
• ·Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
• ·Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
• ·SQL, Redshift, Amplitude, Looker, or Salesforce experience preferred
• ·Action-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with ability to operate in ambiguity
