Build and lead Waymo's DevAI platform that transforms how autonomous driving software is developed by integrating AI-powered developer tools into engineering workflows. Own the vision, adoption strategy, and ROI measurement for AI-first development paradigms across all Waymo engineers.

• ·Deep engineering experience with hands-on expertise using modern coding agents and agentic frameworks
• ·Extensive PM track record building and launching complex developer tools, platforms, or AI products
• ·Demonstrated AI fluency in Generative AI and LLMs with understanding of developer workflow transformation
• ·Entrepreneurial mindset navigating high ambiguity and pioneering new development paradigms
• ·Strong cross-org leadership mediating between engineering and research teams on technical initiatives
