Build and own Waymo's DevAI platform that transforms internal autonomous driving software development through AI-first workflows and agentic tools. Define vision, measure ROI through developer productivity metrics, and guide adoption across all engineering teams while ensuring secure integration of AI tooling with proprietary data.

• ·Deep engineering experience with hands-on expertise using modern coding agents and agentic frameworks
• ·Extensive PM track record building and launching complex developer tools, platforms, or AI-integrated products
• ·Demonstrated AI fluency (GenAI, LLMs) and understanding of developer workflow transformation
