Director, Product Management (AI Search)

Algolia provides AI-powered search and discovery APIs used by thousands of companies to power product search and recommendations.

Director of Product for AI Search will define vision and roadmap for Algolia's search platform, translating advanced retrieval, ranking, and understanding capabilities into products customers adopt. You'll align product strategy with go-to-market execution, partner with engineering and ML teams, and build a world-class PM organization to drive feature adoption and market positioning.

• ·Proven B2B PM experience in search, AI search, retrieval systems, or API-driven infrastructure
• ·Deep hands-on understanding of modern search systems: retrieval, ranking, relevance, indexing, filtering
• ·Familiarity with AI/ML-powered search: semantic search, vector search, hybrid retrieval, learning-to-rank, embeddings
• ·Leadership experience managing and scaling product management teams
• ·Track record shipping and iterating products in agile environment with high-profile customers
