Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | Canada | Remote

Grafana Labs builds the open-source observability stack including Grafana, Loki, and Tempo for metrics, logs, and traces.

Own the vision and roadmap for Infrastructure Observability products (Kubernetes Monitoring, Cloud Provider Observability, Host Monitoring) within Grafana Cloud, driving product strategy, customer discovery, and GTM initiatives across multiple engineering teams. Drive long-term success and simplification of the Infra O11y experience while ensuring seamless integration with broader Grafana Cloud offerings like Knowledge Graph and Assistant.

• ·BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• ·7+ years of Product Management experience
• ·5+ years of B2B SaaS product management
• ·Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
• ·Ability to conduct customer discovery and translate feedback into roadmap priorities
