Own the Stripe Dashboard's evolution into a power tool for payment professionals by developing strategy around personalization, information architecture, and interoperability. Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering and design to improve wayfinding, productivity, and discovery for millions of users while influencing third-party developer integration.

• ·10+ years product management, design, or engineering experience with 3+ years in senior capacity
• ·Strong UI/UX principles understanding and best practices knowledge
• ·Technical familiarity with personalization systems, data modeling, and machine learning
• ·Demonstrated experience leading company-wide initiatives influencing technical roadmaps
• ·Experience building complex personalization systems and governance frameworks
