Senior Product Manager - Split Payments

Adyen is a global payments platform processing transactions for enterprise merchants across online, mobile, and in-store channels.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Adyen's Split Payments platform, enabling marketplace and platform customers to automate fund distribution, commission calculations, and monetization across payment authorization, capture, refunds, and chargebacks. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Sales to scale rule-driven split logic and self-service tooling that supports billions in annual payment volume.

• ·Minimum 8 years product management or client-facing product role experience
• ·B2B enterprise software, payments, fintech, marketplace, or SaaS platform background
• ·Demonstrated strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
• ·Data-driven analytical problem-solving with natural curiosity and commercial strength
• ·Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across technical, operational, commercial teams
