Group Product Manager - Privleged Access Management

Okta is an identity and access management platform providing SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management for workforce and customers.

Own end-to-end delivery and scaling of Okta's Privileged Access Management product suite, driving high-velocity roadmap execution while managing complex cross-functional dependencies across engineering, design, go-to-market, and enterprise customers to achieve predictable delivery and adoption growth.

• ·10+ years product management with proven track record on large, complex technical projects
• ·Strong technical background to influence design, evaluate infrastructure, collaborate on technical trade-offs
• ·Demonstrated product growth and scale using experimentation, data analytics, conversion metrics
• ·Experience with enterprise security, IAM, or PAM frameworks preferred
• ·Experience interviewing, selecting, and mentoring high-performing product managers
