Product Manager, API Platform

Glean is an AI-powered workplace search platform that connects and surfaces knowledge across all enterprise apps.

Lead the design and evolution of Glean's public APIs, SDKs, and MCP strategy for developer and partner personas, owning the complete developer experience from auth to error handling. Write code, build sample apps, define success metrics, and lock API contracts to ensure external developers can adopt and integrate with minimal friction.

• ·5+ years product management in platform, API, SDK, or partnership-driven products
• ·Deeply technical: comfortable with API contracts, payloads, logs, telemetry, and implementation tradeoffs
• ·Built or led APIs and SDKs that are robust, scalable, and easy for external developers to adopt
• ·Strong product taste for developer interfaces: clear abstractions, consistent resource design, machine-readable errors
• ·Direct experience integrating products with third-party enterprise applications in production
