Senior Product Manager

PagerDuty is an incident management platform that detects and resolves operational disruptions for on-call engineering teams.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for PagerDuty's AI-powered automation platform, specifically the agentic layer (Skills, Tools, Connectors) that enables autonomous SRE agents to act in production environments. Partner with engineering, AI/ML teams, and enterprise customers to define trust/safety boundaries, authorization models, and the interaction patterns between agents and automation primitives.

• ·5+ years shipping B2B SaaS products at scale
• ·Deep SRE/DevOps domain expertise: runbooks, on-call, production operations
• ·Hands-on experience with workflow automation, integrations, or infrastructure tooling
• ·Ability to reason about authorization models, principals, permissions, and trust delegation
• ·Strong technical aptitude: read API specs, analyze telemetry, engage senior engineers
