Product Manager, Driver Earnings

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Lyft's Driver Earnings platform, addressing driver pain points around compensation, transparency, and fairness. Lead a cross-functional team to build systems that empower drivers, reduce friction in earnings interactions, and balance driver satisfaction with two-sided marketplace economics.
