Lead Product Manager, Product Recommendations

Attentive is an SMS and email marketing platform helping e-commerce and retail brands drive revenue through personalized messaging.

Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Attentive's Product Recommendations system, which ingests product catalogs and powers algorithmic recommendations and segmentation across SMS, RCS, email, and push channels for 8,000+ e-commerce customers. Lead cross-functional partnerships with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build recommendation features, define targeting strategies, and drive adoption that directly impacts customer revenue generation.

• ·5–8+ years Product Management experience, ideally with product recommendations
• ·Experience shipping algorithm-driven and/or personalization products at scale
• ·Fluency partnering with Data Science teams; comfortable reviewing model outputs
• ·Track record driving adoption and enabling GTM success with clear narratives
• ·E-commerce, recommendation engines, identity/graph systems, or CDP experience preferred
