Gemini is a regulated cryptocurrency exchange and custodian offering trading, staking, and institutional crypto services.

Lead the user activation and engagement strategy for Gemini Exchange, working with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to define and execute growth initiatives that increase user activation, improve first 30-day experience, and reduce churn through data-driven experimentation across the customer funnel.

• ·8+ years product management experience with proven track record from ideation to launch
• ·Experience with retail-focused products
• ·Design collaboration, usability testing, and user analytics expertise
• ·Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and managing concurrent projects
• ·Experience in FinTech, cryptocurrency, regulated industries, or retail banking preferred
