Senior Product Manager, Corporate OS

Anduril builds defense technology including autonomous systems, sensors, and AI-powered software for national security missions.

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Anduril's Corporate OS workforce management solutions, including timekeeping and labor tracking, serving internal stakeholders across People Operations, Finance, Legal, and Manufacturing to ensure compliance and operational scaling.

• ·7+ years product management, program management, or related experience
• ·Proven experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000-20,000+ employees)
• ·Strong ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize in ambiguous environments
• ·Exceptional stakeholder management across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations functions
• ·Strong data analysis skills and comfort with analytics tools to inform decisions
