Stripe builds the financial infrastructure that powers internet businesses — payments, billing, fraud prevention, and treasury for companies from startups to Fortune 500s.

Own the AI product roadmap that transforms Stripe's Professional Services organization to be AI-native, translating strategic intent into executable products while coordinating a global network of engineers and consultants. Drive adoption of AI tools and capabilities across ProServ teams globally, embedding AI into day-to-day workflows and surfacing field insights back into product development.

• ·5+ years in product, transformation, technical consulting, or similar roles
• ·Strong technical foundation to understand engineering work, AI concepts, and agentic AI/LLMs
• ·Experience in global SaaS, technology, or professional services environments
• ·Proven ability to influence without authority across geographies and seniority levels
• ·Experience in transformation, consulting, or change management environments preferred
