Senior Product Manager, Developer Productivity

Webflow is a visual web development platform enabling designers to build production-ready websites without writing code.

Own the developer experience platform for Webflow's internal engineering teams, managing CI/CD, build systems, observability, and developer environments. Drive adoption of AI-native tooling and measure platform health through developer productivity metrics to compound engineering velocity across the organization.

• ·3+ years PM experience with engineering background or dev tools/productivity product ownership
• ·Can read code, engage with technical architecture, and hold own with engineers
• ·Direct familiarity with CI/CD, build pipelines, observability, local dev environments
• ·Fluent in developer productivity metrics: DORA, cycle time, platform health measurement
• ·Hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems, LLM-based tools
