Product Manager, Advanced Insights & Modeling

Block builds economic empowerment tools including Square for merchants, Cash App for consumers, and Bitcoin infrastructure.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive ML models serving Block's Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Treasury teams. Partner with ML engineers to scope problems, define data strategy, and drive model development from conception through adoption and performance monitoring.

• ·6+ years in product management, consulting, data science, or hybrid analytical role
• ·Hands-on SQL proficiency and Python (or R) for data analysis
• ·Understanding of forecasting models, time-series analysis, and ML applications
• ·Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer finance
• ·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, CS, or quantitative field
