Principal Product Manager, Kitchen Technology & Innovation

Toast is a restaurant technology platform providing POS, online ordering, payroll, and marketing tools for food businesses.

Own the Kitchen Display System product strategy across enterprise, SMB, and international segments, with focus on agentic AI capabilities that optimize kitchen workflows. Drive adoption, ARR growth, and operational insights by translating complex restaurant workflows into scalable product decisions and building the data/AI layer for kitchen automation.

• ·Proven experience defining product strategy for operationally critical products, ideally spanning hardware and software
• ·Experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex, high-stakes workflow requirements
• ·Clear perspective on agentic AI and autonomous action in operational environments
• ·Understanding of SMB restaurant operations and constraints without dedicated IT or data teams
• ·Executive presence to drive alignment across engineering, design, sales, and leadership without direct authority
