Own end-to-end product strategy for Toast's Kitchen Display System (KDS), a mission-critical product deployed across tens of thousands of restaurants. Drive enterprise workflow depth, AI-powered operational insights, and SMB adoption while building the data and agentic layer that enables kitchens to run smarter.
