Director of Product Management, New Ventures

Toast is a restaurant technology platform providing POS, online ordering, payroll, and marketing tools for food businesses.

Lead Toast's New Ventures division to research, develop, and scale new business lines and product categories targeting restaurants and local businesses. Own full P&L, strategy, and go-to-market execution for a 3-5 year initiative with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

• ·15+ years GM, product management, or operations management experience
• ·Prior business unit head experience with P&L and significant budget ownership
• ·Familiarity with AI-enabled or automation-driven product experiences
• ·Track record scaling products from inception to launch with revenue forecasting
• ·Start-up environment or rapidly growing tech organization experience
