Senior Product Manager (AI / Data Classification)

Zscaler is a cloud-native zero trust security platform providing secure internet and private app access for enterprises.

Own end-to-end product strategy for AI/ML-powered data classification across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS platforms. Drive accuracy improvements, taxonomy design, and large-scale scanning optimization to deliver actionable risk reduction for security, privacy, and compliance teams.

• ·Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
• ·Product management experience owning data security/privacy products or equivalent data science background
• ·Demonstrated experience shipping production AI/ML or LLM-powered products with data classification expertise
• ·Expertise in classification system evaluation, golden datasets, and quality measurement
• ·Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows for high-stakes labels and AI cost/performance tradeoffs
