Director will own product vision and strategy for Zscaler's Security Operations services (threat detection, managed investigation, managed response, threat hunting, advisory). Success means delivering industry-leading security outcomes and establishing Zscaler as the standard for security service delivery across enterprise customers.

• ·8+ years detection and response experience with managed services at scale
• ·Hands-on SOC operations experience with credibility among SOC leaders
• ·Deep security market, vendor landscape, and threat detection technology knowledge
• ·Foundational AI/ML understanding and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions
• ·Strong B2B experience in growth-stage business with exceptional customer-facing skills
