Senior Product Manager, Engineering Acceleration

Roblox is an immersive platform where millions of users create, share, and play user-generated 3D experiences.

Senior PM will define vision and strategy for Testing, Continuous Deployment, and Observability platforms, owning developer experience and productivity across Roblox's large engineering organization. Role focuses on leveraging AI to modernize internal developer tooling and ensure engineers spend less time on infrastructure complexity.

• ·10+ years product management, 5+ years infrastructure/developer/operations tools
• ·Deep familiarity with testing, observability, and CI/CD systems
• ·Expertise in AI developer tools and their limitations
• ·Strong technical foundation; Computer Science degree or equivalent preferred
• ·Proven ability to define multi-year strategy and rally cross-functional teams
