Senior Product Manager, Engineering Acceleration

Roblox is an immersive platform where millions of users create, share, and play user-generated 3D experiences.

Senior PM will define vision and strategy for Testing, Continuous Deployment, and Observability platforms, owning developer experience and productivity for Roblox's engineering organization. Will modernize internal tooling and leverage AI to empower engineers to spend less time on infrastructure complexity.

• ·10+ years product management, 5+ years infrastructure/developer/operations tools
• ·Deep familiarity with testing, observability, and CI/CD systems
• ·Expertise in AI developer tools and their limitations
• ·Strong technical foundation; Computer Science degree or equivalent preferred
• ·Proven ability to define multi-year strategy and align cross-functional teams
