Principal Product Manager

Twilio is a cloud communications platform offering APIs for SMS, voice, email, and video to build customer engagement.

Principal PM will own Trust Hub, Twilio's KYC platform that gates access to all communication APIs, responsible for building streamlined registration experiences while maintaining compliance standards across a regulated ecosystem.

• ·10+ years product management in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
• ·Proven track record leading successful product launches and strategies
• ·Data-driven decision making with quantitative and qualitative analysis
• ·Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding
• ·Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
