Director of Product Management for Twilio Flex will own the platform roadmap, APIs, and developer infrastructure that powers the contact center product ecosystem. You'll lead a PM team to evolve Flex into AI-native, decomposable components while driving developer experience and platform scalability across internal teams, partners, and external developers.

• ·15+ years product management with 4+ years managing platform/infrastructure PM teams
• ·Proven experience developing platform products: APIs, developer tools, cloud-native infrastructure
• ·Strong technical acumen engaging on architectural trade-offs and distributed systems
• ·5+ years multi-tenant SaaS and cloud platform experience
• ·Contact Center (CCaaS) or Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) domain experience
