Director of Product Management for Twilio Flex, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for foundational APIs, developer infrastructure, and AI-native components that power the contact center platform. Will lead a team of Product Managers while driving the evolution of Flex into decomposable, scalable components aligned with Twilio's platform vision.

• ·15+ years product management, 4+ years managing platform/infrastructure teams
• ·Proven experience developing platform products: APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure
• ·Strong technical acumen with distributed systems, scalability, architectural trade-offs
• ·5+ years multi-tenant SaaS and cloud platform experience
• ·Contact Center (CCaaS) or Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) domain experience
