The role
Own Maven's core member experience surfaces (homepage, conversational AI, community) and run a high-velocity experimentation engine to drive activation and retention across the platform. Partner with Clinical Product and AI Platform teams to make the experience more intuitive, personal, and effective for women and families using Maven's virtual healthcare services.
Requirements

- ·Track record shipping fast from ambiguity to live experiments in production
- ·Deep fluency with data: define metrics, design experiments, read results honestly
- ·Hands-on fluency with AI tools and point of view on AI's impact on healthcare
